In September 2009, the neighborhoods of USJ 3A, 3B, 3C and 3D have commenced a gated and guarded scheme. The environment and surroundings of the neighborhood is very serene and quiet. The bungalows could be custom-built to suit the owner's taste of design as it is sold by land. These bungalow lands are going for RM250 psf in average market price.Residents should expect slow moving traffic during peak hours from / to Federal Highway via Persiaran Tujuan all the way from USJ 4 to SS19. Traffic around the area is terribly congested during peak hours, and even during weekends. Even so, traffic congestion is very difficult to avoid during rush hours in USJ. Currently, there is an LRT extension development nearby due to be completed in 2015 to improve public transportation conveniences.
