USJ 22 is a gated and guarded residential enclave that comprises 2-storey terrace houses and Fairville Apartment. It is nestled at the southern end of Persiaran Kewajipan in the USJ vicinity. Analysis
USJ 22 is among the last precincts developed by Sime UEP back then in the 1990s. Hence, most houses here are newer compared to the ones in USJ 2, USJ 4, USJ 5 and USJ 11. However, it is far located near the southern end of the USJ vicinity, nearing Putra Heights. If you are commuting from Petaling Jaya or Federal Highway, you have to drive another 5 km to reach USJ 22 from the Persiaran Kewajipan exit. Overall, the prices of homes at USJ 22 are quite reasonable considering its strategic location. The Main Place shopping mall in USJ 21 has created a significant impact on the traffic around the area and has caused the prices of the houses nearby to escalate. However, please take note that the last row of some houses in USJ 22 are facing a Muslim Malay graveyard.
