Tropika Paradise was built more than 10 years ago by Sime UEP Berhad. It was initially designated as a housing for SJMC (Sime Darby Medical Center SJ) nurses. When the hospital was taken over by Sime Darby, the decision was also made to sell off the 50% units so that the property was not a hostel- or staff housing. Tropika Paradise comes with many facilities. The ROI (return of investment) to the property is expected to rise slower as it is an old development. As such, many units were further sold at a good discount, both high and low-rise units. The units have a good range of built-up, generous with 3+1 rooms. With a reputable developer like Sime Darby, one can be assured that finishing and workmanship of the property is well done. A problem that arose from Tropika Paradise is the traffic congestion especially along Persiaran Kewajipan during peak hours. Even getting in and out via USJ 17 and navigating out of Persiaran Kewajipan can be quite heavy due to the number of cars during rush hours. Conveniences are aplenty in this area. The future construction of the LRT station is set to be built 50 m away from Tropika Paradise, providing efficient public transportation to the residents. Residents also enjoy great access to shopping and leisure as One City and The Main Place are situated within walking distance from the condominium.
