A walk through the apartments indicates that the environment is peaceful and serene complete with friendly neighbors who have a healthy respect for privacy. Despite the 24-hour security patrol offered by the management, there have been cases of robbery in the area, so it is advisable that all prospective residents install grills on the exterior of their units. This serviced apartment is almost 20 years old. Hence, one should consider the massive renovation costs to make the unit more look more modern. Facilities in Arcadia is very limited compared to other new high-rise serviced residences within the area.
