    Analysis

    The Boulevard is a waterfront mixed development. The condominium units are great, especially for those who love greenery and gardens. The communal herb garden as well as the normal garden is a nice touch. In addition, there is a direct access to the lake from the residence which is an advantage.Due to its strategic location, there are plenty of amenities nearby. It provides stunning lake views and quiet surroundings. It enjoys accessibility from a large network of highways. However, traffic congestion is unavoidable in the area due to many commercial areas and education institutions nearby.
