Investors should not have to worry as the rental yield should be able to fetch a high price.The disadvantages of Subang Parkhomes are its close proximity to the KTM train tracks, which may lead to some noise pollution problems, coupled with the fact that there are some high tension cable wire and a waste water treatment facility nearby.
