Analysis
There are mixed reviews amongst the residents staying in Putra Bistari as well as the whole area of Putra Heights. The area is serene and calm and many residents enjoy the fact that they can still enjoy clean air even though they are still staying in the city. Also, there are plenty of amenities nearby available for residents.However, the traffic congestion to exit the township is still a major consideration for many of the potential buyers who are still contemplating due to the traffic conditions; especially for those who commute to Subang Jaya, UEP Subang Jaya, Puchong and Shah Alam. In conclusion, it is still an excellent place to call home if one doesn't mind the traffic issue considering its bargain price.
