Taman Subang Intan is within close proximity to many industrial factories such as the Central Sugar Refinery, Canon Machinery and also EH Utara Holding; but there is no cause for alarm as these industrial zones are located quite a distance away from the residential areas. From the area, amenities are not easily accessible and highways are far in between. Taman Subang Intan is positioned relatively near to the Batu Tiga Chinese Buddha cemetery and also the Batu Tiga Muslim cemetery. For those who think that it is not auspicious to have your homes facing the cemetery then this would not be the right township for you to call home.
