    In the year 2004, the housing association for Sri Pelangi Apartment voiced out to the MP within their jurisdiction with woes regarding the state of their brand new property. Residents reported that at least half of the units started to show cracks on the walls within a few month. Some of the residents flat out refused to take possession of their units and demanded the developer to rectify the problems.There is potential in the development, as it is located close to many areas which are undergoing rapid development. In terms of current neighbouring townships, it is located close to Kota Damansara, Shah Alam as well as Subang. Looking to the future, it is close to the new HELP University College’s campus, and also accessible from the future MRT lines.
