Sri Alam seems to have it all, being located on top of a green and prominent golf course, strategically located in proximity to highways, good access to amenities as well as fair pricing. Shah Alam is a sound place for own stay as the infrastructure in place is sufficient to support the residential areas. In terms of investment, the rental in relation to the sub-sale price is good as well; 8 to 10% return per annum should be possible with good management of the property.
