    Sri Alam seems to have it all, being located on top of a green and prominent golf course, strategically located in proximity to highways, good access to amenities as well as fair pricing. Shah Alam is a sound place for own stay as the infrastructure in place is sufficient to support the residential areas. In terms of investment, the rental in relation to the sub-sale price is good as well; 8 to 10% return per annum should be possible with good management of the property. Sourcing for tenants should be relatively easy as it is close to several universities, and well within the price range of normal student accommodation.
