The residential precinct has commenced gated and guarded facilities. Starting 1st November 2010, they have replaced the previous security company with Counterforce Sdn Bhd. The security charge for each residence is RM300 (one-time fee) for the boom-gate with access system and RM150 for 4 security guards 24/7. Living here in Lagenda 1 should be a great experience. The precinct is nicely decorated with lush greenery and well-planned with commercial components to support residents’ needs and activities. However, going to work (if you commuting to the city centre, Shah Alam and PJ) is a nightmare. You will get stuck for hours along NKVE all the way from Shah Alam to Damansara, and also along Guthrie Corridor Highway towards Shah Alam.
