The Masterplan is expected to house an estimate of 10,000 units capable of housing up to 50,000 inhabitants.The selling point of Alam Impian is its proposal of a "Artistic Township" whereby many aspects of the neighborhood are adorned with art pieces. Elements such as art pieces in designated areas, graffiti walls, an art gallery, beautiful landscaping, linear parks, street art as well as an amphitheater can be witnessed within the vicinity. Art enthusiasts will definitely delight at this unusual prospect. Moreover, there is a 31-acre central town park for recreational activities as well.Location is a huge factor, most resident will consider this as far from the city. However, it will be ideal for residents who frequently commute to and fro places like Shah Alam or Klang. Currently, the pricing for Tinta is still relatively attractive, largely due to the fact that it is still within its early phases of development. As such, it would be safe to expect prices to rise higher alongside with new developments as well as the realization of amenities and infrastructure which would directly increase the value and appeal.
