The advantages are low traffic congestion level, as it is a maturing township and a positively quiet one. This also aids the neighbourhood in term of being serene, making it a bit exclusive and not chaotic. But this leads to a disadvantage, as several are claiming that its proximity to industrial area is a bit of a concern. Portability is also another issue that can be churned out.The designs of Tenun are nice and contemporary, but the upper living hall does hint at a cramped up situation later on with furnitures.
