Tari is a 2-storey terrace house development by I&P in a part of the huge and maturing township that is Alam Impian, Shah Alam. Tari is freehold, and it is actually divided to two phases, Tari 1 and Tari 2. Tari 2 is then containing two construction time frames of its own, with the second time frame expected to be complete by May 2016.     Tari is yet another residential development under the huge umbrella of Alam Impian. I&P are on the run of many development launches in Alam Impian, and with the knowledge of how big Alam Impian is, it sheds light on the company's effort and confidence. Their other properties are Alam Damai, Alam Sutera, Bandar Kinrara, Bayu Emas, Taman Pelangi Indah, Brogaville, Taman Setiawangsa, Ampang971, Bukit Damansara and Bandar Baru Bangi, a respectful list indeed.Alam Impian is a new township. At the moment it does seem like it has not grown completely yet, giving a dented look on it being a lively and flamboyant town. However, the many developments that are planned there by I&P and Naza TTDI can jolt the town into life. But for the moment residents would have to bear the lack of public transportation and other maturing township problems.Some complained that Pentas, another Alam Impian project by I&P proves to be a superior property based on its larger built-up size and fairer price. As of this moment, Tari has no major edge whatsoever to be deserving of the difference in price compared to Pentas. Hence, purchaser would be better served if they were to take a closer look at both properties before any buy.The connecting highways are good, but public transportation would make a nice addition. Unfortunately that is going to take some time. For the moment, investors might look away as public transportation is a major factor in renting out, but rest assured Tari would be a dynamic choice for families.
