On the other hand, Pentas 3 has installations that encourage more natural lighting too, but it comes in the form of a large glazed window. Also, a folding gate is installed. Pentas 4 is another that has high windows to again welcome better natural lighting.For the residents of Pentas to satisfy their grocery, or shopping needs in general, they can head over to Giant Hypermarket, Carrefour and Kemuning Jaya Mini Market. Some of the close college or universities are Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) and Management Science University (MSU), and the nearby hospitals are Shah Alam Medical Centre and Columbia Asia Hospital. SK Bukit Naga, SK Bukit Rimau, SJKC Khe Being, SJKT Ladang Emerald and SAR Al-Falah count as the schools that Pentas families can utilize. The city of Kuala Lumpur is reachable after a drive of 25 minutes, and a further 10 minutes will take you to the Kuala lumpur International Airport (KLIA).An exciting new highway called West Coast Highway is in the proposal stage at the moment, and that will open up more access to Alam Impian, and Pentas. The present highways connected to the area, and subsequently Alam Impian are Kemuning - Shah Alam Highway (LKSA), KESAS Highway, Federal Highway and ELITE Highway. Analysis

I&P can definitely be categorized as a major developer in Malaysia due to its many past projects. The projects then could be found in many parts of Malaysia, and not just Kuala Lumpur. Browsing through its portfolio, one can find names such as Alam Damai, Alam Sutera, Bandar Kinrara, Taman Pelangi Indah, Taman Setiawangsa, Bukit Damansara, Ampang971 and Bandar Baru Bangi. Some of the positives of Pentas by I&P Alam Impian are the affordable launching price, good location in relation to other matured towns, and the large built-up sizes. But, the downsides are the lack of a proper and established township feel. Amenities are not a luxury, though they are available. The hope is that the developer, including Naza TTDI, are as focused on building a township as they are on building houses. But the biggest gripe is the lack of a proper public transportation system. Again, this is the fault of the early growing period in which the township is still in.A few years on, Alam Impian will hopefully be a full-fledged township. With that being a reality, an appropriate population would be present, leading to a colorful and vibrant township. Then, families and singles would find the place to be a good place to live in. But until then, nothing is certain. Investors might want to consult more when it comes to properties in Alam Impian.
