I&P can definitely be categorized as a major developer in Malaysia due to its many past projects. The projects then could be found in many parts of Malaysia, and not just Kuala Lumpur. Browsing through its portfolio, one can find names such as Alam Damai, Alam Sutera, Bandar Kinrara, Taman Pelangi Indah, Taman Setiawangsa, Bukit Damansara, Ampang971 and Bandar Baru Bangi. Some of the positives of Pentas by I&P Alam Impian are the affordable launching price, good location in relation to other matured towns, and the large built-up sizes. But, the downsides are the lack of a proper and established township feel. Amenities are not a luxury, though they are available. The hope is that the developer, including Naza TTDI, are as focused on building a township as they are on building houses. But the biggest gripe is the lack of a proper public transportation system. Again, this is the fault of the early growing period in which the township is still in.A few years on, Alam Impian will hopefully be a full-fledged township. With that being a reality, an appropriate population would be present, leading to a colorful and vibrant township. Then, families and singles would find the place to be a good place to live in. But until then, nothing is certain. Investors might want to consult more when it comes to properties in Alam Impian.
