Canting is the first residential launch in the Alam Impian township. Canting is a terrace house development which was launched together with Tinta, a semi-detached house enclave. One can definitely take a short drive to these established areas to access further amenities. In terms of accessibility, it is accessible via KESAS Highway and Kemuning-Shah Alam Expressway (LKSA). In addition, Canting is near to the access of the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and North South Expressway Central Link (ELITE).

    Being the first residential project within the township, I&P has priced the Canting at a very attractive price from RM325,000 onwards. Canting has received great response from the buyers which is mainly due to I&P reputation and the fact is that Canting is the first development – which normally delivers the highest profit margin for buyers. Most buyers are satisfied on the overall features of Canting – from the design, layout, finishing to workmanship. Nowadays, a unit of Canting is being asked for about RM570,000 up to RM860,000 – which is almost double from the launch price few years back.
