Canting has received great response from the buyers which is mainly due to I&P reputation and the fact is that Canting is the first development – which normally delivers the highest profit margin for buyers. Most buyers are satisfied on the overall features of Canting – from the design, layout, finishing to workmanship. Nowadays, a unit of Canting is being asked for about RM570,000 up to RM860,000 – which is almost double from the launch price few years back.
