Binastra Group is continuing their good work with this little project of their own, after a distinguishable list that includes The Reach @ Titiwangsa, CyberSquare @ Cyberjaya and Megah 18 @ Bukit Jelutong, amongst others. Binastra is fast building their brand, and it is turning out to be quite the brand.Traffic would not be a major bother to the area, as it is surrounded with mostly residential areas, and not commercial areas. Thus, outsiders will not be flocking to this area. However, quiet areas do hint to isolated areas. Though The Park @ Bukit Serdang is not exactly secluded, it is not surrounded with many amenities. Even the train stations would require a drive to get to. Thus, future residents should definitely have their own personal transportation. The access road to the development is not that convenient either, and the property's proximity to nearby factories does not really allude to a decent neighbourhood.But one should not be paying attention to the negatives only. The positives include The Park @ Bukit Serdang's low density trait, the lush greenery provided by the developer, an attempt to create a healthy and thriving neighbourhood and the nice facade. Clearly, The Park @ Bukit Serdang has the somewhat potential of being an attractive buy.
