Bangsar Shopping Centre and The Boulevard are two great developments that BRDB have under their belt. Not only that, Bangsar Hill, Palmyra, Inara, CapSquare Residences and One Menerung are proud testaments to the credibility and craft of BRDB. Understandably, BRDB has managed to put their brand on the local property market, making them an enviable and respected member of the industry.Unfortunately, such brand comes with a price, and what a price it is for residents to fork out for units in Senja. They are noticeably higher than the price of developments that are akin to Senja. Dale, and Reed at Lake Fields and LaVille are valid mentions. To further strengthen this claim, the surrounding area of Senja is void of a high-end feel, making Seri Kembangan seems like a questionable choice. Plus, the traffic around the area can be a killer, as folks will flock onto the streets at rush hours, making them congested and heavy.On the plus side, Senja features wonderful concept, design and space for the purchasers.
