It would be unfair to outrightly say that properties from new developers are suspicious in term of quality, but then again, most new developers have managed to mess up their properties so much so that the purchasers are burdened with problems, before and during their stay at their paid-for units. USIM and KUIS offer alternative Islamic-based learning on various fields in science and human sciences, while Manipal International University is a new campus from the well-known India-based Manipal University.
