Type B is the most space-stricken with a built area of 538 sf while Type C is the biggest with 983 sf. Type A has a built area of 624 sf while Type D is 855 sf. Type A and B do not offer specialized rooms, whereas Type C and D both offer three bedrooms. All types have 2 bathrooms for the residents. The price ranges from RM349,000 to RM614,000.Enclaving the residents in these units at Polaris Suites is masonry wall. Fire rated door are built in, along with quality locks for security measures. Inspiration Group's past projects include Centrestage and the Amansiara series in Selayang. Centrestage is a project that is quite akin to Selayang Star City in which residential suites are placed on top of a mall. Amansiara on the other hand consists of a few phases of development projects. Some have questioned the quality of some houses in the Amansiara area, as low-cost materials are said to be used.Traffic can be quite scary, especially during the morning rush hour. The traffic jam begins around 6:30 am. A drive from Selayang that begins at 6:45 am might end at 8:00 am. Other than buses and taxi, there are no other current mean of transportation available.On crime in Selayang, the level of safety is moderate. Though it does not near a black area status, the dense population means that all kinds of people are there, and all criminal opportunities are there too. But it must be kept in mind that the developer will provide the building with high level security systems. Thus, residents can sleep at night without worrying too much of a crime happening at their house. Constant vigilance around the neighbourhood would not hurt, but residents need not worry too much.
