Strangely, not much is known about Tung Ling or its group member Fair View. The brand of the developer comes in as a factor in purchasing a property, thus this does raise an eyebrow or two. The developer should make themselves more known and reachable to expose themselves to the market. No harm could come from that. However, this does not point to a failing property or bad construction build. Only on-site inspection and time will tell whether the quality that Tung Ling produces is up to standard or not.This side of Rawang is surely not the city centre, thus its far away and fresh location is understandable. It does look like urban city atmosphere will not find its way here, as there are many undeveloped area, and many mountain and hills surrounding the area. Serenity and hassle-free traffic seem like a sure-thing to have. However, one should bear in mind that Gamuda, a famous local developer, has bought a significant piece of land in Rawang for RM620,000,000. This would bring more positives as opposed to negatives as the new development will bring more life instead of over-population to this side of the rather raw territory. Additionally, access to this area is getting easier with the construction of interchanges, with one between Kundang and PLUS (through south Rawang) and LATAR. This is only bringing advantages to Azalea Homes. Add this to the 5 km away KTM station, this property is definitely accessible.One bad side that can be churned out is the word on the grapevine that security force will not be provided by the developer.
