Traffic in the surrounding area of Penaga Mas is usually smooth flowing at all times due to its rather outskirt location. Getting into the neighbourhood from the town will however prove to be rather a nightmare, especially peak hours when the roads of Puchong are all highly congested in all directions.However once clear of the traffic, residents of Penaga Mas will find that their way home is perfectly clear and smooth flowing. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet, being purely a residential area. Crime rate in the area is also rather low, while there have been no reported incidents within the apartment itself either.Penaga Mas very unfortunately does not show much promise as an investment, due to not just its leasehold title but also due to its location which is very much on the outskirts. Its price has increased only very slowly in the recent years, as so to keep up with the inflation rate. It is however an excellent place to call home especially if one craves peace and quiet after work.
