Bandar Puteri Puchong is a densely populated township and is famous for its many amenities. It is another successful project of the IOI Property group who are the masterminds behind many residential projects in Puchong. Amongst their many other notable projects are 16 Sierra, IOI Resort City and Bandar Puteri Klang.Puteri 6 is a very well located housing development that is well connected to many highways. However, due to the property boom in Puchong, the township is now heavily populated and traffic congestion is a major issue for residents who need to leave their homes as early as 6 am to avoid the traffic. Aside from that, this area is also subject to many social problems such as snatch thefts and robberies, which sad to say, is a common sight at Bandar Puteri Puchong. Apart from petty crimes, the road conditions leading to and fro from the many residential areas are also in poor condition as there are many complains regarding potholes and cracked road surface which might potentially lead to road accidents. Besides this, residents of Bandar Puteri Puchong also requested for a community hall and football fields to enable them to hold community activities for the Bandar Puteri Puchong residents.Bandar Puteri Puchong used to be an area of great investment opportunity for property speculators whose gambles paid of when property prices here increased in leaps and bounds.
