Beringin Apartment is a low cost apartment which is strategically located in the heart of Puchong, a highly developing area in Klang Valley. This aged development currently has a subsale price of RM138,000 and above. The value of this residence are low compared to other properties in the surrounding and this is due to the fact that there are landslide threat for this residence, which was caused by damage and leakage of sewerage pipes. Two incidents have happened so far and the tenants residents were asked to vacate immediately and take temporary shelter at the community hall nearby. Beringin Apartment units can gross a monthly rental of RM900. Overall this wouldn't be a suitable place to settle down due to the low quality as well as an even poorer management. Residents live in fear of similar incidences happening again. This is because the developers and management did not take proper steps when the first landslide occurred, which led to the second landslide.
