  • Analysis

Most people prefer BK4 instead of the rest since it is affordable. They claimed houses in BK5 and BK6 are expensive at about the same value as houses in Petaling Jaya and Subang areas. Furthermore, BK4 is not very old (unlike BK1 and BK2 which are about 2 decades old). The price of BK4 is just right for the newlyweds to buy their first landed property together. It is strategically located not far away from the city centre and the area has unlimited potential to grow. As the new LRT station coming up, investment in BK4 will definitely be a good investment.
