Tropicana Grande has been Dijaya's trump card for years whereby the developer has boasts its launch since back then in 2007. At first when it was mentioned by the developer, it was said to be priced at about RM500 psf. Later then, it was soft launched at about RM600 psf near the end of 2009 before it was officially released at about RM650 psf. Latest transacted year end 2013 price for Block A 2,573 square feet is selling at RM850-RM870 psf from developerThe latest transaction price for Dijaya's project Tropicana Garden is at RM1,250 psf whereas the condominium nearby, Casa Tropicana Block E, is transacted at RM700 psf.
