Permai Apartment is actually a low cost apartment, but its price has been increasing in the recent years due to its excellent location and the development of high end homes around it within the area. As such, its price has been increasing steadily despite its less than exciting exterior and the lack of property condominium facilities.However, buyers who look to buy a unit at the Permai Apartment will find that it is a reasonably good deal for a home in its location, although they will have to deal with the peak hour traffic that makes travelling along the aforementioned roads a pain; especially as a number of roads that lead to the condominium are under construction for the upcoming MRT tracks.The crowd that frequent and tenant the Permai Apartment are of the lower income group, as the homes were meant to be low cost flats in the beginning. As such the crowd is as to be expected, although the condition of the apartment is quite good, as the resident's association is quite active and helpful.Permai Apartment is deemed to be a good investment by some of the crowd as the price has shown an increment in the recent years. However it is still a leasehold piece of property and its value will decrease as it gets closer to the lease expiry date.
