Suria Damansara is considered a great buy as the prices are still kept reasonable due to the amount of buyers who have been staying there for the long term instead of renting it out. It also nice condo to stay in as it is located in a more quiet area of the suburb as compared to other developments and it also comes with ample parking lots since all residents are given 2 lots each. It also has nearby access to both the LDP and the Subang road, taking only up to 10 minutes drive, if the roads are clear of traffic jams, to reach Sunway Pyramid. There are a few downsides to this property. One of which is the low cost flats which are located nearby. There may be a spate of problems next time once the flat is fully occupied, making it very congested and unsightly, such as increased crime rates and heavier traffic flow. There is a tunnel which once allowed for residents to access to the whole of Ara Damansara but it was closed in 2010, only allowing for vehicles to go in but not come out. If one were to want to go out to the LDP, one would have to go to the other tunnel which is about 2 km to 3 km from the Suria Damansara condominium. When there is a heavy downpour, of which the Malaysian tropical weather is known for, the tunnels have a tendency to flood.
