Analysis

Some areas of Kelana D'Putera were recently repainted in June 2006, including lift lobby areas, staircase and swimming pool areas. Due to the repainting done, the condominium looks a bit brighter and cheerful. This condominium is famous among young executives and students due to its close proximity to colleges, universities and commercial hubs. However, due to the relocation of Unitar from Kelana Jaya (which is within walking distance) to Sunway, demands from students have decreased. But it does not affect much as the Kelana D’Putera is a highly demanded by young executives and young couples who work in the surrounding area. It is afraid that the roads within the vicinities will no longer able to support the massive new developments in the area. Zenith Corporate Park is recently opened and waiting to be full soon. And The Paradigm which located just a stone's throw away from the condominium will definitely contribute to traffic congestion. However, there is a plan by WCT (developer of The Paradigm) to build a flyover that connects to LDP towards Sunway. Besides The Paradigm, the ex-football field (formerly owned by FAS) next to Kelana D'Putera is currently being developed into a commercial shop-offices, called Parklane Commercial Hub.
