Sutera Riais a 2-storey terrace house development located in Sutera Damansara, Damansara Damai. It is part of 100-acre Sutera Damansara township.

Sutera Ria is the first phase of the residential component of Sutera Damansara. It consists of 431 units of 2 and 3-storey terraces with built-up size ranging from 2,305 sf 3,063 sf. It is 2-storey design house except for the corner units that are built in 3-storey. Each house stands on 22′ × 75′ lot size.

Launched in November 2008, Sutera Ria will be developed in 3 phases, with Phase 1A was just completed in mid-2010. Among its distinctive features are column free car porch, centralized chamber for utilities, wide gate (allows 2 cars) and a utility room.

Sutera Damansara is dubbed to become an urban and well-planned township. It is designed to boast modern lifestyle within a calm and serene ambiance. It is designed with a garden concept that features a linear park with a lake, lush landscaping, gazebos, children’s playground and jogging tracks.

The entire township development is being developed by Semponia Sdn Bhd and Country Wheels Sdn Bhd (both subsidiaries of OSK Property Holdings) in a joint venture with Permodalan Negeri Selangor, the owner the land.
