    SD3 is located at a very convenient area whereby there are many amenities within and near Bandar Sri Damansara. It is easily accessible via many highways like LDP and NKVE, however, these highways can be very congested during peak hours. There are not many 1-storey terrace housing areas that can be found along LDP stretch. Hence, if your budget is limited for a single-storey terrace, a terrace house here should be your answer. The value of the single-storey link might increase further as the double-storey link asking price is approaching closer to RM1 million.
