Menara Sri Damansara is nicely located on high elevated land and surrounded by abundance of greenery. The air is fresh and the condominium commands scenic view of Bandar Sri Damansara township. However, this condominium is really old and run-down. The corridor is very dark and the paint has already faded. In 2004, a unit at Menara Sri Damansara was priced at RM160,000. And today, 7 years later (2011), units are being asked at about RM270,000 – which means it enjoys about 9% appreciation per annum. However, most people claimed that the units can be bargained to as low as RM200,000 due to the run-down factor. Menara Sri Damansara is still a decent place to stay regardless the drawbacks it possesses.
