Analysis
The main concern of Puncak Seri Kelana is the lacking of car park spaces. This can be evidenced by lines of cars being parked on the roadsides in front of the condominium as well as Sime Darby's property gallery. Bear in mind that the traffic police always issues a RM30 ticket here, which is almost everyday - even at 7pm. Most units at Puncak Seri Kelana come with a single car park bay while some units come with 2 car park units. A car park spot can be rented from owners at ridiculous rate of about RM170 per month - and it can be easily rented out. Sometimes, the management (JMB) performs balloting for residents for extra car park, and the rate is slightly lower, at RM140 per month. However, Puncak Seri Kelana is a very decent condominium. The security is very strict and visitors have to register and let the guards know their visiting period (which is a bit too strict). The residents are mostly young families with old parents and small kids. It is well maintained and clean. Pool cleaning is done regularly and a vandalism act in the lift is normally painted within hours.
