Analysis
One of the drawbacks of D'Aman Crimson is bad traffic congestion during peak period from the condominium towards Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP) via the tunnel. Lembah Subang vicinity is only connected to LDP via two 2-lane tunnels. These two tunnels are utilized by most of the residents in the vicinity and even Ara Damansara residents to access LDP. The problem is worsened as the tunnel next to Eve Suite is closed for unknown reason. It creates terrible jam right from the Taman Mayang LDP exit to the T-junction next to Dana 1 Commercial Centre.Early 2009, there was a car break at Block Kayangan. The burglar could not be identified as there is no CCTV in the parking area. Hence, security is quite questionable. Parking is a big issue here which the management charge parking fee for everybody who wants to park in the compound. It charges RM1 per hour with maximum of RM3 per entry. In addition, residents have to fight for parking spot, as there are limited parking bays available.
