There are plans to build a mosque, schools, hotels and many more. Once these developments completed, the township will be more vibrant, and then the demand will surely appreciate tremendously.Ara Hill has a total of 16 acres of land, so there is only 25 units per acre, which makes it one of the lowest density resort condominiums in Klang Valley. It has plenty of water feature, carcasting waterways, and full scale landscaping. It is for people who are looking forward to live in a resort environment.Even though everything seems perfect at Ara Hill, but some residents complained that the external painting on Block 3 and 4 is quite bad. Some also commented that the color scheme chosen by the developer is a bit dull. Not only that, some units are not delivered on time. However, this is not a serious issue as it was just a few weeks late.
