Residents usually enjoy clear roads to and fro Persiaran Barat, except during peak hours when traffic is at its worst.The neighbourhood of Amcorp Serviced Suites used to be a very quiet and tranquil one which some even call dead. Its tenants are mostly of the higher income group due to the price of the residences here; and in the recent years many of the units have been rented out to working professionals from outstation due to its excellent location in a good neighbourhood.Amcorp Serviced Suites is expected to be an excellent investment despite its leasehold title, and its price is expected to increase even more in the coming years as the property trend leans toward property with easy access to train stations.
