These houses were developed several years ago and currently they come with subsale price which begin from RM450,000 onwards. Some of the houses here even have subsale price of more than RM1 million. Furthermore, an auctioned unit on this vicinity can also be priced from RM200,000 onwards, depending on the unit's type and built-up.As for the rental, a fully furnished unit in Taman Gembira can also be rented out from RM900 onwards and some units can get up to RM2,000 rental per month. An unfurnished unit in this vicinity can get a slightly cheaper rental per month, yet it wouldn't be that cheap as the demands for the houses here are high. Overall this is a nice place to stay in the city centre, yet the traffic congestion should also be considered.
