SKP Bukit Kuda, SMK Sultan Abdul Samad, SK Jalan Batu 3 Klang and SRJKC Taman Rashna are three schools that are a few minutes' drive away. Public transport is not readily available from the condominium, but several KTM stations including Klang, Bukit Badak, and Padang Jawa are a few minutes away. The majority of residents within Regensi are Chinese and professionals. There is a good amount of facilities located within the building, also being in walking distance to many amenities. It is easily accessible from Kuala Lumpur as it is located right at the end of the Federal Highway. Despite it being quite an aged condominium, the location is excellent if one is looking for accommodation in Klang. Prices vary as the sizing of the units have a wide range, but at the time of writing, the penthouse units are going at approximately RM850,000
