    Traffic in the area is largely smooth, even during peak hours due to the low people density in the area. The Selat Klang Highway is less travelled and serves as a good alternative to the Federal Highway if traveling from Kuala Lumpur to the east. The penthouse units seem to offer extreme value, as it has 1.5 storeys without the extreme price tag, and is more sought after by tenants compared to typical units.
