Klang Sentral Commercial Centre is a project by Titijaya Land, which has previously had a hand in Tiara Square, Harbour Point, First Subang, Mutiara Point, Tiaraville, Subang Park Homes and Taman Bukit Cheras. The long list is a good indicate of the capacity of Titijaya. A bag of mixed developments is what they have, and that could not do any harm to the opinions of the prospective purchasers.However, this property is associated closely to Klang Sentral bus and taxi centre which has many problems on its own. People complained of the location of the bus station, saying it is too far to the centre town of Klang, and its predecessor. To be specific, it is located at the far North end of Klang. Thus, that would mean that Klang Sentral Commercial Centre is also located in a less-concentrated location, as these two properties are right next to one another.
