Taman Desa Rosa is snugly located inland away from the town's noise and traffic, where residents will still be able to enjoy their privacy and the quietness of the surroundings when needed, but still be in the presence of the city. However, there is also the congestion which happens during peak hours along the roads leading in and out of the area, which means that residents of Taman Desa Ros will have to contend with some manageable traffic jams to get home, but only during peak hours.
