    Even though a unit at Symphony Park is indeed very affordable, but it requires high entry cost because there is no financing package offered by the developer. Hence, buyers have to fork out money for legal fees, S&P, stamp duty and even bank loan fee. The project launch of Symphony Park has been buzzing in the market since a year ago. However, the project is still pending and approvals from related authorities are not out yet. But quite a number of buyers have placed RM5,000 deposit money (for registration) to the developer, and it is worried that the development will be stalled. So far, its progress has been very slow. Not only that, the developer' past development, Taman Tan Yew Lai does not show much credibility of the developer, as it is run down and badly maintain. There are some abandoned projects within the area as well. Adding to that, Symphony Park is sited right opposite Sewage Treatment Plant A. Well, even though the smells from the sewage plant is not that horrifying these days (thanks to the technology!), but it is still an eye-sore view. However, if the development materializes, Symphony Park will definitely deliver handsome yields in both capital appreciation and rental yield. It is strategically located very near to Multimedia University and in between Cyberjaya and the upcoming Selangor Science Park 2.
