For comparison, Symphony Hills should be compared with Garden Residence and SummerGlades. All these three developments are built within a gated and guarded community concept. However, Symphony Hills' advantage is its larger land, allowing the developer to play and offer better surroundings and facilities. However, Symphony Hills is very near to Multimedia University. Even though it is not a bad thing, one will feel lacking of exclusivity and class at the surrounding area as the area is full with students and surrounded by many student-driven apartments and condominiums such as Cyberia Crescent 1, 2 and Cyberia Smarthomes.
