Cyberjaya has been a busy battle ground between top developers nowadays. Starting with Emkay, the list of developers on this battle ground continues with stronger contenders including Mah Sing with its Garden Residence and UEM Land with Symphony Hills. Even with tough competitions within the area, property seems a blooming business in the vicinity. And prices for new launches seem to top each other. Mah Sing's Garden Residence was launched from about RM900,000 for a terrace and Symphony Hill's terrace (Schubert) was tagged from RM964,000. Hence, anything launch in Setia Eco Glades is unlikely to be anyway below RM1 million.
