    Gardenview Residence is developed by Setia Haruman, a developer who plays a major role in moulding Cyberjaya into Malaysia's finest IT hub. Being involved in the planning and designing of Cyberjaya City as a whole, which is about 7,000 acres, this developer had also launched several properties such as Perdana Lakeview East, Perdana Lakeview West, D'Melor, The Serenity Garden Homes and Apex Residence.Gardenview Residence is strategically located near to education institutes, which is the biggest selling point in attracting investors. This property is easier to be rented out to the students. In terms of the price, Gardenview Residence is considered to be cheap compared to other properties in the surrounding which are launched around RM600 psf in 2011. The one who bought the property earlier are lucky because the price has doubled since the launching. Even though, the property does not have a good design, yet it is a good place to settle down due to it's low density and big built-up.
