There are some amenities located in the nearby neighborhood of Batu 9 Cheras and Taman Suntex, where banks and restaurants can be accessed. There are many schools nearby, such as Cempaka International School, SK Taman Cuepacs, SK Bukit Raya and SK Bandar Tun Hussein Onn. It is located in a developed area, therefore accessibility is good. It is located off the Cheras-Kajang Expressway which allows easy access to the North-South Expressway (PLUS). The SILK Highway is located just south as well, allowing easy access to the southern part to townships such as Kajang.

Binastra was founded in 1979 when Binastra Construction was created, which originally focused on construction. In 2005, they ventured into property development by virtue of the creation of Binastra Group; since then they have specialized in developing residential areas, but also build industrial and commercial buildings within Klang Valley. Their motto is "Profitability acquired without sacrificing quality". A member of their group is expected to hold to the same standards.Performance Consortium also has the Grade G7, which is the highest grade of development licence issued by the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB). Construction quality should be satisfactory as the license grade is not given out haphazardly. This is the first development by Performance Consortium, therefore we have little to gauge the developer on. Green Terrain has seen considerable capital appreciation since the year 2011, where units were being sold at a price below RM300 psf. Currently the asking prices are approaching RM400 psf.
