If you ever think to escape from the city after working hours (but with tight budget to stay in paradises in Mont Kiara and KLCC enclaves), Venice Hill is your answer. Most residents love the condominium because of the living experience and atmosphere offered here. Right from the unit, one can enjoy fresh forest breeze from the rain forest which is just besides it. Hence, there is no need to have any air-conditioner to live here. Furthermore, for units at Venice Hill which are facing the city centre, the occupants can enjoy panoramic Kuala Lumpur city skyline view. With most of the occupants allegedly being foreigners, as there are an international college nearby, they may appreciate the rare view. There are quite a number of units that can be found in auction market nowadays. But its reserved prices does are just a little more or less than the market price. It is a good buy for rental yield strategy and also own occupancy. There were plenty of problems at Venice Hill faced by the initial buyers during the construction period, especially units of Tower 10. Most owners were not satisfied with the quality, finishing and facilities of Venice Hill. The car park is also dark, which is making the residents feel insecure especially during night time. Moreover, one can also see monkeys playing around in the forest from time to time. While they are nice to look at from afar, they are not the most friendly and tame creatures when they are near.
