There was a robbery that took place in Bandar Tun Hussein Onn in July 19th, 2011 whereby a jobless youth lured 3 students to join him in a gang robbery. They have robbed a cabinet minister’s political secretary’s home in Bandar Tun Hussein Onn in the 7.30pm incident. They took away RM16,000 worth worth of valuables and cash. However, they were nabbed 8 hours after the police report was lodged. There was also a community policing program which was held at Carrefour, Bandar Tun Hussein Onn which is organized by the Taman Cheras Perdana Residents Association and Kajang Police Headquarters which aims at building relationships between the police and the community to fight crimes.
