Double storey terrace houses in Bandar Mahkota Cheras are offered at a very low market price if compared to the units offered from the neighborhoods such as Bandar Sungai Long and Bandar Tun Hussein Onn. It is most probably due to the poor workmanship from Talam with many complaints like leaking of the ceiling, broken window hinges and so on.
