  • Analysis

Double storey terrace houses in Bandar Mahkota Cheras are offered at a very low market price if compared to the units offered from the neighborhoods such as Bandar Sungai Long and Bandar Tun Hussein Onn. It is most probably due to the poor workmanship from Talam with many complaints like leaking of the ceiling, broken window hinges and so on. Other than that, there are loads of Indonesians, Bangladesh and Vietnamese found within that area reducing the security of the area. Somehow, since more access roads and shops are available now, Section 2 creates high populations in this township especially students from the nearby college and university. Besides, there will be a bad traffic jam at the exit to the Cheras-Kajang Highway during the peak hours.
