However, there is bad traffic jam for the road exiting to the Cheras - Kajang Highway, especially during peak hours.In terms of investments, it is always opined that landed properties in Malaysia are difficult to succeed. The houses here may have tenancy for the nursing students at Masterskills or workers at the shopping malls.
